- The discount will be automatically applied to your consultation fee during the booking process and will be visible on the payment screen and subsequent invoice.
Important Information
- Offer Period: Ensure to book your nurse appointment between May 27, 2025 and June 30, 2025, to qualify for the offer.
- Eligibility: Complete a brief 30-second eligibility questionnaire to confirm your appointment.
- Consultation Details: Your initial telehealth consultation will last 20 minutes, during which a qualified nurse will review your medical history and discuss your health goals. If the nurse considers you could be eligible for further services, they will refer you to an initial telehealth consultation with an Alternaleaf doctor to complete your assessment.
- Billing: Charges will occur only after your doctor consultation. If our services are deemed unsuitable for you, you will not be billed.
- Changes: This offer is subject to change and may be withdrawn at any time. Availability for consultations may vary. The Company may invalidate an offer or refuse to honour it if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the offer is being used in violation of these terms or in a fraudulent or improper manner.
