You are entitled to a discounted fee of $8 for your initial doctor consultation with Alternaleaf Pty Ltd (Alternaleaf, us, our or we) (Doctor Consultation) (the Offer), subject to both the Offer terms and conditions set out here and the Alternaleaf general terms and conditions set out at this link: alternaleaf.com.au/terms-of-service.
- You must book a complimentary initial nurse consultation (Nurse Consultation) during the following period: Monday 12 January 2026 to Monday 9 February 2026 (the Offer Period). The Offer will then be applied to the cost of your Doctor Consultation, if you are deemed eligible for a Doctor Consultation during your Nurse Consultation.
- The Offer is valid for new patients only. To be considered a “new patient”, you must not have previously received any service from Alternaleaf Pty Ltd.
- The Offer is non-transferable, and you cannot use the Offer in conjunction with any other discount or promotion, including any discount code.
- You may not be eligible for Alternaleaf’s services. If you are not eligible, you will not be charged for your Doctor Consultation.
- Alternaleaf reserves the right to modify the terms of the Offer or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.
- How to Use: To redeem the Offer, complete the pre-consultation screening at alternaleaf.com.au. If you are eligible for a Nurse Consultation, you may book your appointment by following the prompts. The Offer will be applied automatically to your invoice for a Doctor Consultation following your Nurse Consultation, if you are deemed eligible.
